Manufactured stones are
inspired by a detailed study of a real stones using a technological
process of copying the textures and patterns on natural stones on special
molds and
special colouring operation which has been practiced for years. The base
mixture having
light and special agregates, high strenght Portland Cement and inorganic
iron oxide
pigments as colouring agent, is poured into actual mould, cast from
samples of real
stones to create a realistic effect. To avoid repetition, different molds
are used to create
a widw variety of textures and forms. The colouring is also irregular and
uneven to look
just like natural stone. Chromatic details are obtained by applying
special pigments
of high quality iron oxide to each piece. The stone looks natural not only
in form
and texture but also in colour, with a rich variety of tones and shades.
The contens of each box have been packed according to size and shade, so
that
you can mix contents from different packs and achieve a more effective
result.
The products are produced in preselected sizes and shapes to give
authentic and
natural lokk and easy, fast and economic applicability.
Country Stone is manufactured under strict quality assurance procedures.
Although the artificial stone products should not be assumed to add a
load bearing capacity to a wall, the manufacturing are tested for
compressive strength according to TS 2940 ISO 2736-1 Concrete Tests –
Test Specimens Part 1: Sampling of Fresh Concrete (ASTM C39) and water
absorbtion according to UBC 15-5 (Uniform Building Code). As Customer

 Compared
to natural stones, manufactured stones are applied more easily, fast and
economically by its lightweight easily shaped to required size and fitting
each other design properties. Its transportation and storing is easy.
Manufactured Stone has a flat surface at the wall side. So, by Artificial
Stone, you can cover the wall than can not be covered technically with
natural stones. Also you do not cause any place loss by thickening your
walls. Manufactured stone can be applied directly to rough, unreated walls
and any type of mortar, well-anchored insulation or plasterboard. Wire
mesh or other material must be used on other surfaces (such as wood or
metal).
Natural stones are taken from stone mines destroying the nature.
Artificial stones are manufactured without any harm to the nature.
